Sex and bloodline really don't come into the equasion (In my opinion) much since most Coastals don't have tracible lines and there isn't a shortage of females...Also there are two types of striped Coastals. Do you want the stingle(Dorsal stripe) striped or the 'tiger' striped(striped on both top and sides)variety? 'Tiger' striped specimens are definately worth more since they are uncommon and usually have nice color. Single striped Coastals are fairly common but nice specimens are always in demand. Clean, light colored animals are more desireable, and adult/breeders sell for more than hatchlings. I've seen ideal single striped Coastals posted for anywhere from 250-400 a pop. I personally baught my male (complete stripes from heat to tale & nice gold color) for $200 as a subadult.

For that I'd say roughly you'd be looking at 225 or more depending on how much you want the animal and how much the person thinks it's worth.

The guy who is going to sell it to me is only asking $70, his mom is making him get rid of it quick. So is this a decent price?
