Al should post your different looking Snows for comparison. I hatched out a darkeyed Snow, like Hypo Klumpers have.
Congrats on your nice animals.

Jason

As this board is still set like an antiquity I'll start a new topic in response to Jason's post.

Thanks Jason I'm real pleased with this seasons hatchling's.

Here's the pics of the two different Snows I have.
The first one one has Lots of Yellows and classic red eyes and has a nice lavender/pinkish tone (hard to catch on a pic), with a completely yellow belly.
As for the other one it has no yellow whatsoever, has a totally white belly and is more 'whitish' lookin overall, it also has different coloured eyes. The pupil is red but the iris is whitish pink.
If anything I opt for the second one perhaps being a T- snow??

Nice One Darran,

I'll be sure to let you get bitten of that snow mate cos its well unpredictable and seems to live 90% in feeding mode!LOL

Not sure about it being already taken or not, but what about "Lavender"? I like that second one a lot more than the first, BTW.

I tend to agree with you on the T- front mate, strange because I change my mind all the time on which one I prefer.
I like the Lavender!!

HI Al

Beautiful animals. Your right in that they can vary in colors quite a bit.

2011 Snow. Notice the darker eye color. Maybe T+ Snow?

2011 This guy is trying to be striped. Sibling to the snow above.

Snow, Grandfather to the above animals

Sibling to the Snow above. funny how they can vary so much.

Hi Jason,

Thanks for the positive remarks Bro!

First up I have to say congrats on the hatchlings, Great to know your still working with the annectens for sure!

The two I posted came from the same parents, which also adds to the fact there's clear variations as you say.

I certainly lean very heavily on that one of yours being a T plus snow, its the dark eye and hint on purple on the neck that,s swaying it for me Jason.
This also makes me think the one in my 3rd & 4th pics is more likely T negative.
Let me know if you hatch anymore, maybe an international trade could be in order
