I have a few snakes that are about 3wks out and have yet to eat. Im not really over concerned yet, but would like to get a meal into them. Any tricks you can share? I only have access to f/t rodents. thanks
Matt

F/T only will definitely not be easy. I find my babies start out on live mouse hoppers very well and after several meals will transition to F/T fairly well.
tips:
Feed in the evenings
F/T has to be nice and warm, warm enough to trigger the snakes heat receptors.
dangle jiggle etc. but approach from the side and don't touch the snake with the prey right away. Snakes are ambush predators so allow the "prey" to come close enough to be grabbed but not so close as to be a threat.
Don't keep at it for extended periods, once the snake goes defensive - quit.
Braining? Never done that but heard it works.
And it may take several weeks, babies can literally go months without food.
