in 2009, i decided to breed my pastel satin male to a hypo female, hoping to produce pastel satins het for hypo. when this clutch hatched out, i was surprised to see a hypo satin in there, proving that my pastel satin male was 100% het hypo. i'm still not sure where the hypo gene came from, rather it be the original satin male or the female pastel i bred him to in 2006, further breedings is needed to find out which one is carrying the trait.
