My first clutc hatced 1 month ago-5 total babys

My question is:

The 4 of them are after shed and 2 of them started to eat. I'm not worry about the other 2 that shed, cause 1 didn't shed since it was out of the egg!

Her skin is a little bit rough....I'm worry cause as i see it, its stuck on her...

I tried soaking her with water but didn't help...
What to do?

I don't want her to die...She's my precious!!! :D
Thanks in advance!

I had a female that didn't shed until after several feedings. I'm not sure why that happens, but it does. When she didn't shed with her clutchmates, I started feeding her anyway, she shed after a few meals, and grew up normally.
