"its kinda like your model builders that work from a kit, if you follow the instructions, its suppose to come out well. Unfortunately, snakes are alive and all manner of things can go wrong, at any time for a million reasons. The truth is, most of those reasons are NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR KIT(husbandry recipe) that you get over the internet. Those are the fun things you get to learn on your own.

Its like you folks think your perfect. Well how you judge that is not what you think, but your results. They tell you how good you did. And that means, past tense. As each and every time you do it, your can succeed or fail. There are no guarantees, no matter how much you know. You must apply your knowledge, each and everytime, and each and everytime the results are a measure of your ability and effort. "

Wow, that's an amazing collection of Speckled kings you have there. How did you come across that really yellow albino?

>>Wow, that's an amazing collection of Speckled kings you have there. How did you come across that really yellow albino?

I got her from Mike Madec at Isis Reptiles....
She was hatched out looking like a normal amel speckled king and turned yellow as it aged and shed.....
I have 9 of her babies from last year. Not one has turned yellow yet but they are very nice......

Are you going to breed one of them back to her just to see?

rosspadilla Aug 23, 2011 02:29 PM

Wait, you could just breed them to each other. lol

Jlassiter Aug 23, 2011 03:43 PM

>>Wait, you could just breed them to each other. lol

How about both ways.......?
Then hold onto the babies for a year to see if any start to yellow up like mom......

But.....I was going to breed my whitewall to her next year while the 2010s grow another year..........

I need a male lav for her too......muhahaha.......lol

Yeah, you could do either or both. If you could ever make a white sided with all that yellow, that would be something!

Jlassiter Aug 23, 2011 07:51 PM

It would be a whitewall with a wide yellow stripe on it's back after a year or so..........

Holy Toledo! Those Whitewalls are nice. Nevermind what Rainer said regarding the origin of WS Floridas being a complicated little known secret - hahaha! I now know the truth. I guess I should ask, what came first-the whitewall or the ws? I think I've heard the whitewall did. Can someone other than Rainer confirm this for me? hahahha!!! Just kidding buddy!
