If I am forced to put my BP in a glass tank how would it be best to maintain a proper temp during the winter months? I will have an uth but should I also use a ceramic bulb? will that make things too dry?

If I am forced to put my BP in a glass tank how would it be best to maintain a proper temp during the winter months? I will have an uth but should I also use a ceramic bulb? will that make things too dry?
The room that the tank is in will need to stay at 70-75 degrees all winter in order for the UTH to maintain a good hot spot and ambient with in the tank. To help with maintaining temps I recommend insulating the top and bottom with sheet stirofoam.
