fleas and snakes

I seem to have a few fleas in my apartment and need advice on how to deal with them. I've never had to deal with them before and am concerned about my snakes. I know they wont bite my snakes but what can I use to get rid of them that will be safe around my herps?

I don't have any warm blooded pets. Not sure where they came from.

I'm itching to get your expert advice.
