Ok rainbow boa enthusiasts, here's my questions, please EVERYBODY take the time to answer these two simple questions.

1.) how long have you been keeping brbs?

2.) how many brbs are currently in your collection?

I got my first BRB in 1991. My first Colombian Rainbow was in 1968 or 1969. I had a bigger collection 10 years ago and have trimmed back from that slowly. I currently have a little over 50 keeper Rainbow Boas.

I got my first BRBs in 2000, then took a break from them, and have slowly been getting back into them since 2009 after seeing the progress that selective breeding had accomplished in that short time.

I currently own 4 BRBs. Hoping to increase that number by quite a bit in the near future.

Gotcha beat on the newbie factor! I got my first, and only, BRB last summer Granted I'm not a breeder, but I would love to expand my little family!

I obtained my first BRB in 1972, at age 12. I bred them through the 90s, with my partner Gary Lorio-at one time we had in the hundreds.

I've since shifted my interest to insular Epicrates, at present I have Andros/Berry Island Boas and Dominican Red Mountains.

Brad,
...Where is Gary? I used to see his BRB ads in Reptiles magazine back in the 90s.

Jeff,

Wish I knew-he dropped out of the herp scene to concentrate on his family and his new career as a house appraiser. I've been trying to get hold of him myself. Gary is a great guy, and one of only a couple people I've ever met that I would even consider partnering with.
