that looks like my erebennus!!!! Good call!!!

On a side note, since I've gotten my erebennus I've been keeping them in large sweater boxes with heat pads. Do you think I should switch to tanks with a light on a timer? You've got me scared now that I'm going to sterilize my snakes!

I wouldn't even worry about it until the snakes are breeding age.

I just don't like to give them access to heat 24/7 when they are mature.

I'd start thinking about cycling them more naturally when they hit about 2-2.5 years old.

That really does resemble a erebennus hatchling. I've always thought that even the adult cribos were pretty cobra-like in appearance.
They also share another resemblance....both have quick metabolisms and like to paint their cages with sh*t

I've bred erebennus many years ago, and I remember ALL my hatchlings looking exactly like that! WOW! Interesting! Learning more every day! Thanks for the pic!
