I have not had any trouble with the site. However, since I am little more than a regular lurker maybe I am just not using the parts of the site that are experiencing problems.

I've not had any problems. I check and post from home and work, sometimes a friend's compy, and I haven't had any issues at all.

Have you tried another computer?

I have tried multiple computers. The problems are that this site will not load (on multiple browsers, firefox, internet explorer, google chrome etc...) when it finally loads you get error messages from KS saying try again later.

After 15 min to 1/2 hour everything is back to normal but I seem to experience this problem at least monthly and some times it happens a few times per week.

Pretty frustrating.

I have trouble from time to time. Couldn't get on today for over an hour. Either nothing would load, or a list of pages would load, like a menu showing all the pages in list form, but nothing that can be clicked on to get onto any of the pages. It happens to me a few times a week. I assume they are working on upgrades when that happens so I just go onto the "other" forum for a while or onto facebook for a while, or go clean cages and spend some time with the snakes. Always something to find to do during the KS down time

Thank you for that! See that's what I'm talking about. The "other forums" NEVER have the issue! KS needs to figure out why the system being used is substandard. Or maybe they know???? Anyway you look at it the changes are not for the better when you lose patrons and customers.

Maybe the "other forums" don't have as much traffic and don't get bogged down. Does it happen during peak times only or randomly? Did you try contacting KS?

Happens all the time. I was contacting them every time but I gave up due to generic responses.....

I have noticed problems as well lately. A few times I have tried to get on to post ads and can't.

I haven't had any problems - grant it - I've not been on as much as I used to be but I haven't had issues when I am.
