You have mentioned before about your basement having water, I forget how deep. Is the basement really under water? Post a picture. I guess you don't need a humidifier at least. Sorry, Mike

Guarentee Jeff's basement is under water..I live about 3 miles from him and I had aver 3" of water in my basement and it 1000 square feet. I had water coming up through my floor drains faster than I could pump it out, until I plugged them.
His basement is probably 300 sq ft if that.
We are getting pounded her with rain and more on the way...towns evacuated in the surrounding areas. Boats floating down main streets in some towns that have broken loose. Roads closed and completly washed away. A river that hits flood stage at 42 ft is suppose to hit 58 ft. Its really bad and nothing but more rain overnight. Yea...

I'm in South Florida. It has rained here a lot the last month or so, but before that we were in extreme drought. Our main concern is hurricanes, at least you get some notice. The 2-3 weeks without power afterwards is tough. We have only had minimal hurricanes where I live. Each year we keep our fingers crossed.
What state do you live in?
