thanks Lar. I got a nice variety in this litter - some that clearly appeared to be super hypos - and some very cool non-hypos. these were some of the most red boas I have produced. I have to give credit to Ryan from TopNotchboas and Erin and Marc Buhaly - as both the dam and the sire of this litter are incredibly rich in color.

Absolutely beautiful animal. Coming from guys who love harlequins and have quite a few of them, he is absolutely awesome. What year is harlequin you bred from Erin and Mark? I think we have a few siblings of it.

thanks for the nice comments.
the sire is an 08 - I wouldn't be suprised if you had a few from that litter. this same male also sired a litter of hypo hoggs for me this year.

here are pics of him from Erin..

what are your plans for your harlequins from Marc and Erin?

I remember seeing that guy as a baby I think. I swear I held him. Very beautiful guy and made you at least one awesome baby but Im sure there were other awesome ones as well. We have females, that we are probably going to put males in with next season. One of the OT Hypo females, is pretty big but just not ready yet. We are giving them all another year.

I was corrected by Erin - the boa in the previous post is not the one that I bought from her. she had sent me pics of sevaral littermates from that litter and I did not select the correct pic for the post..

HERE is the male that I bought from her and sired my litter..

and a quick pic of him in his tub from a few days ago.

he sired three healthy litters for me this year - he bred my female harlequin from Gray Rushin, a nice Hog island that I bought from Chris Canada Smith, and the RG hypo female from TopNothchBoas...

Cant be sure we saw quite a few but definitely a beauty. Glad he has done so well for her in one year. Best of luck with your future plans and with all the babies.

Hello,

Its so funny how small of a harlequin world it is. Every time i find nice harlequins these days they seem to trace back to the litter that was produced by Erin Budaly. I actually have a female to which i believe was the pick of the litter.

I give great Thanks to Erin for this pairing because i am in love with this female that pretty much fell in my hands and i have big plans for her. Its actually funny because before i came across this post, i really considering putting her with a EBV red group..haha

Anyways, I have TONS of pictures from the pairing where both of our animals were produced from thanks to Erin's posting. If you would like the pictures i have them all organized in files and will send them to you if your interested.

I love having a photo bank of lineage with my animals. I am new to boa breeding so i wanna do it right from the start.

Take care and shoot me your email for those photos.

God Bless

Ulysses
