Nile monitors lenght and weight

How big do them get really? I mean how big are them compared to water monitors (maximun lenght, and maximun healthy weight)? And regarding breeding size, I have read that niles are sexually mature when they are around 14" SVL, but how heavy should them be once they reach that lenght (healthy weight)?
