One of our forum members is in the hospital. I heard it is serious and when he gets out there will be a major lifestyle change. But besides that i have no other information.

Will find out more tommorow.

Wow!,....I was wondering why he hasn't responded to a few emails I sent him just recently.

I certainly hope he will be okay.

I don't know yet. I think it is health because if it was a car accident i would have known already.

Yes, this is true. I have spoken with Shannon over the past few weeks and he is dealing with some serious issues. Although I won't go into may details out of privacy and respect for him and his family, he is enduring complications that stem from a gastric bypass surgery he had a few years ago. He has been in and out of the hospital as of recent, dealing with blood clots and other ailments. As you know, situations such as this are extremely dangerous and he is undergoing testing at this time.

He hopes to get back on his feet soon and I know he would appreciate all of his friends and fellow 'milkheads' thinking of him through this difficult time.

I will share more information as it becomes available....
Thanks.

My thoughts are with him and his family.
May the higher powers to be shine down on them.

Wishing you a speedy recovery Shannon. Hope you get these messages conveyed to you or maybe get a peek at a laptop, and check the forum.

I have actually met Shannon in person; bought some snakes from him in 2009 at a reptile show. May he mend quickly and fully.

I talked to Shannon the day before yesterday. He is doing better, no longer critical it seems, but will probably be in the hospital for another week or so. He says thank you for all your prayers and words of support.
