A sunny day down by the River

BNixon Sep 25, 2011 06:50 PM

So its more a stream than a river...however it was a fantastically gorgeous day here in So Cal I took a little 30 min drive out to a close by nature preserve and brought a few boas along with me. Be warned lots of photos are being posted...

First up my favorite patterned normal VPI T Positive Cleo

The little Jungle Motley T Pos had a nice cruise around the rocks as well.

The Jungle Motley found her way around...

Also brought a few big girls down...this girl in my opinion is a prefect example of a Jungle.

Alot of you know I am not a fan of most Hypo boas however I love this one and havent seen a better one! She has a normal pattern but has the coloration from the Hypo gene. She is a true gem produced by my buddy Steve Brockshmidt.

Brought out the 07 Aztec as well she was enjoying her time basking on the rocks!

I know the boas enjoyed the adventure today and hope you all enjoyed the photos! Even had a few people come by on the trail that really enjoyed seeing them as well.

Thanks Larry I love the look Cloe has as well!

I was fortunate enough to get that gorgeous girl from him. She recently shed so I took her out for photos today.

Will be getting a DDPP Vpi male here shortly to pair with her this season!

I cannot wait!

Those guys look great, Brandon!
I especially love that Cleo. That's just a T , no other morph there?

Aaron, as of right now she is Just a T....she was produced by Bryant Tannery from a Hypo het T het Anery x Pink Panther VPI.

From that pairing if she is anything more I would guess it is recessive at best.

I picked her up to aid in other pattern projects IE Motley/Aztec/RLT to keep the patterns nice and right and give it that over the top look that she has. I am a bit curious though as to the possibility of her being something different. I would hope Recessive as that would show it is something completely separate from the RLT/KW type animals which it most closely represents.

They are all super awesome as per your usual Brandon. However, I think Cleo is one of the nicest looking snakes. If she looks even a little bit like the VPi T positive arabesques are going to look, well then I think everyone who loves boas is in for a nice treat. You have some unreal stock at your place Brandon, keep up the good work and cant wait to see what you are up to for this season. Keep us posted. Best of luck with what is sure to be a great next couple years for you.

That Hypo looks massive, and healthy. She looks like she is ready to throw a nice size litter for you this season. Funny she is prob the lowest end morph on all the pics, but stands out to me the most.. Nice pics and animals as always.
