My anoles mated about a week ago well in this time my female has been really interested in one corner of the tank you know digging in it and just sitting there. Do you think she will lay there?!?! I'm pretty sure she is gravid and i do have an incubator ready i just wanted to be able to find the egg when she lays it if you know what i mean lol. Thanx, Katie

It's very possible. Anoles lay their eggs in a suitable spot where they could hatch easily, especially anywhere in a worm, moist area, just like potted plant. Is the area where she's digging moist and warm? If it isn't, then she'll be just doing that for no reason, because sometimes anoles think of breaking through the cage, and they'll mess up bunch of substrate pile, like what my former anoles did years ago.
