2012 should be good...

CBI Sep 25, 2011 10:06 PM

Went home this weekend to fatten some stuff up and clean bins... Also had me starting to think about my pairings for next season. While I had them out I took a few pics of some visuals that I am looking forward to breeding... Some just wouldn't cooperate so I did not take pics of those, but here are a few of the nicer visuals

Lavender Flame (Of course he was in shed lol)

Powder Line Ghost

T Negative Albino

Striped Blaze Goini

Whitesided Ghost

007 Golden Peanut Butter

007 Phantom

Original Stock PB (My first visual Florida King - From Tom Stevens)

Peanut Butter Axanthic

Sulfur

Original Stock New England Axanthic (Non Outcrossed)

Flame Anery Ghost

And now my favorites... Man I love Florida Kings

Peanut Butter Ghost (New Name Coming Soon!)

Flame Hypo 100% Het Anery

Leucy Floridana... I wish lol

Whitesided Hypos - If I had to pick one snake in my collection and only have one, it would be this solid white girl for sure

Male

And lastly, a possible new mutation that I hatched from WC parents... the only one in the clutch that looked this way. She has some killer greens to her, ruby pupils, and no black... time will tell

Thanks for looking and here is to an awesome 2012 season for everyone!

VERY nice Jeremy! My personal faves are the Powder line ghost, New England axanthic, and the sulfurt. Beautiful snakes there!

Thanks Mike, that female whitesided hypo was solid white as a baby and I honestly did not think that I would like her as an adult but she is my favorite lookin one now... Someone needs to pop some pied FLs out, that would be insane

The New England axanthics are still stunners to me even after all these years of producing them.

That T negative ain't bad either. Where did you get that one anyway? LOL!

Nice stuff man! And your right.. next year is going to be fun!

Those are awesome! Looks like you took those pictures on an overcast day, which is the best time.

CBI Sep 26, 2011 08:23 AM

I wish that there was a bit more light, but overcast days are the best. It got too late and too dark in some of the pics but for the most part I was happy with em, thanks for the compliments!

Wow ... just ... wow

Jaw dropping beauties! Every one of them.

CBI Sep 26, 2011 08:26 AM

Thanks! I think the 2012 offspring should be even better! The thing is, I am way more excited to breed my het projects than these visuals, but posting up 20 hets would not be as exciting lol...

I hope I hit the odds again next season and will have some more stuff to hold back...

I plan on putting that original stock PB male on that female to see what happens. If she doesn't prove out to be compatible, codom, or recessive, I think line breeding her traits into some particular morphs will be something to work toward.

And thanks man, I just got my first pueblans and hondos this year so it will be a while for me, make sure you post up some pics when you get lockups! When are you planning on cooling?

I try to brumate in January, but it depends on the weather. You know living here in florida it can sometimes still be warm thru January. But lately we've had some pretty cold winters, so hopefully January will work.

I have a walk in closet I converted to a cool room in my garage. Lined it with insulation and put a wine cooler on a thermostat in it lol. works perfect for the room size. It fluctuates between 55-75 degrees day and night leaning toward 65 on average

That's a good idea, but doesn't the cooler also put out heat from the back side?
