Is it me or are there less 2011 baby colubrids then normal? I haven't seen many mex mex, floridian, thayeri this year for sale at all.

It might be a matter of costs. Money is tight these days and if you have say one or two clutches of Floridana or Thayeri it may be too expensive to sell your snakes on some of the paid classifieds. I think if you expand where you are looking Im sure you will see more.

I have noticed that there seems to be a dearth of baby pyros as well. Not like in past years, when at least four or five different breeders would have them available. More knoblochi than just regular pyro.
Maybe hobbyists are now breeding their own; I have six pyro babies of my own and felt no need to go out and buy any this year.
