Early Sunday Litter - Abby x Fred.....

rainbowsrus Oct 02, 2011 10:54 PM

Yup, Fred still has his Mojo going on!!!

Abby took extra long to cook her litter, 133 days, my second longest recorded gestation. Thankfully it was well worth the wait. Huge fully developed babies, most in the 36 - 37 gram range with one "surviving twin" where the egg split and only one baby developed making a half baby, half slug egg. The "twin" is smaller but still very decent at 27 grams. Loaded with color for just born babies and many of the best lookers are females. Most of the litter was female at 4.13, no complaints here....

Pics....

Peek-a-boo, my mommy will protect me...nyeah...

She and the babies sure did make a mess.....

A group shot of all 17 babies....

A closeup shot of just a few of the babies....

Thanks for looking!

Hey Dave, congratulations on another great litter. I'm sure we all can't wait to see some post shed photos.
