What kind of boa is this?

kodacakes Oct 05, 2011 06:36 PM

Hi, a while ago I got this boa at the AAE in Wheaton, IL. I was told that he's a bolivian but I really don't think so. I merely got him because I think he's a beautiful snake and he's very handeable as well. If anyone can help in identifying what kind of boa he is, I'd really appreciate it! I made sure there's pictures of his body, face, tail and underbelly. He also has a black tongue, I don't know if that's of relevance. I was told that he's about 2.5 years old and he is around 4 feet long. Thanks again!

Appears to have some or many of the influences seen in Bolivian Boas.

What would be considered Boa c amarali.

No way to know if it is a pure Bolivian, something seems off
about this particular specimen.

Larger Images and full body images might help but no one but the
person who produced can (possibly not even him/her) or will
know the answer.

The answer I gave is really only a guess.
