Anyone using screen cages from "Scales?"

TylerStewart Oct 01, 2003 11:32 PM

I'm about to order 6 or 8 small cages and I've been using ones LLL has, with a silver plastic frame where the bottom folds out, but I need alot of them and Scales has a better price.... Are these cages framed in aluminum or just the screen? Are they "small cricket proof" right off the bat or do I need to seal corners like I do with the LLL cages? Are the doors and hinges clean and nice? Do corners fit tightly? I assume the bottom folds out of all these cages too right? Any imput is appreciated.... I need to get this done.

They are cricket proof and mine didn't need sealing. The little peg that holds the cage closed (one on top and one on the bottom) was loose meaning it wouldn't stay up. I emailed them and he sent me a whole new side no charge and with an apology.
Nice guy and answers emails and questions.
