I took it upon myself this year to take pictures to share with those of you who couldn't make the trip. Let me say, YOU MISSED OUT! It was a great show with tons of cool stuff! After spending both days at the show, I've come to the conclusion that if all of the ball python breeders stopped breeding, we wouldn't have a shortage of ball pythons for about 50 years. They were EVERYWHERE!
The show was a huge success and was packed. For those breeders who contemplated making the trip and didn't, there was a line waiting to get in until 12:30 when the show opened at 10am on saturday. Next year, you might want to reconsider!
I took pictures of some of my favorites to share. I think the best booth belonged to Jeff Ronne by a landslide. His Key wests, Prodigys, and my new favorite boa morph, PARADISE, were beautiful! So much better in person than I ever could have imagined.
It was nice to see everyone and meet new people to match up faces with names!
Enjoy!
A sunglow motley/jungle on Frank Martin's Table

Doug from Boa Basement had his prized pastel dream sunglows on display. The pictures do these animals NO justice:

Bill Gaines had one of the cooler anerys that I've ever seen. A very silverish animal (het snow of course):

And also a Argentine T-positive on Bill's table:

I apologize that I cannot recall the owner of this CA T-positive sunglow, but it was beautiful:

Tim K from Special K Reptiles had awesome animals on display! First is an argentine het T-positive and a visual t-positive:

Next is Jeff Ronne's table. I'm glad I'm broke and didn't have any money to spend, because I would have gladly bought his entire display!
First is my new favorite morph, the PARADISE! This animal is incredible!

Next is a prodigy boa, they really have a jungle appearance!

A Key West Motley:

A beautiful example of a Key West

These don't need any introduction, Monstertail hypo jungles. WOW!

and an extremely clean hypo key west. The pictures don't tell the story, this boa was a stunner!

I also had the pleasure of meeting Warren Booth and Lucas Matlock, who were kind enough to allow me to drool over their display of VPI line animals for most of the weekend!
Pink Panther T-positive Motleys

Possibly the nicest T-positive I've ever seen. I couldn't capture the color, but this was a double-dose pink panther animal!

Lucas also had a Berry line blood boa that was a stunner. The picture faded the color, but this boa looked like a crayon because of how red it was. It took many attempts to even get close to capturing the color, this was the best picture but is still terrible!

Tom Furr had some salmontines 66% het albino which came from my own line. in 2006 I produced argentines het albino from an albino x argentine breeding. Those hets were raised up and bred to a salmontine het albino, and these were some of the salmontine babies which are 66% het. They're beautiful!

Brent from BRB Reptiles had a female motley 66% het VPI T-positive. If I was a betting man, I'd take the odds for sure!

Guy Scavone had one of my favorite morphs, these are so cool looking! a motley-besque het albino. I love this pattern!

And a few non-boa items that caught my eye:
This is the ONLY ball python I think I'll ever admit to coming close to drooling over, on Frank Martin's table

I can't remember the name of the breeders of these next two, but killer animals!

This is the ONLY pair of these I have ever seen offered for sale at a show, and they were clearly marked NFS (Not For Sale).......

LOL!!!! Gotta have some fun I suppose!
And of course, a show wouldn't be complete without an appearance by Jim Nesci and Bubba!

There were so many more animals worth taking pictures of, but I tried to get the best. I hope you enjoyed and hopefully everyone can make it next year. This show has gotten bigger every year!
Regards,
Tony
