With the state the country is in right now. What would you do with your collection if you lost your job. would you be able to keep them or what? Just thought I would throw it out there. For me I have a slush fund put away just in case that happens to me. I would be able to go for at least a year before I would get worried.

we have a few months saved, but it wouldn't be pretty. TBH, I'd probably try to sell of the morph retics ASAP if that were to happen, because they're most expensive to feed and heat.

I'm in the oil industry........I work for the largest privately owned company in the nation....... live in South Texas where there has been a huge oil boom......Eagle Ford shale........no evidence at all that there is an economic problem at all down here........so I haven't even thought of it.........I will carry on as usual......or just wait until Texas decides they want to succeed again as we can stand alone....lol

I do see that the rest of the country isn't buying snakes like in the past though.....lol

I have a friend that lives in Fort Worth, he always calls me Yankee. One night he got really drunk, this chick yelled out she hated Texas. My friend jump up and wanted to start a fight. when she stood up she was taller then him by almost a foot.( he is really short). I had to step in and stop him before she kick his butt.LOL So the Yankee had to save the south again.LOL Also John just so you know you have some awesome snakes their.

>I do call us North Texans...and the big bend folk are west texans. Why the hell everyone calls the panhandle West Texas when we're really North Texas, and calls Dallas North Texas when its really more like center-east maybe, I don't understand.

maybe to cover some of the costs a couple vendors could set up tables and start the first "BROOKS KING EXPO".instead of just being a one weekend event, it could run non stop. what do you think?
