2011 KEEPERS (Tinley Worthy?)

newworldmorphs Oct 12, 2011 09:05 PM

Hey Guys ( and Ladies) ,

Have been getting asked to post some pics of a few 2011 babies produced here that I plan on keeping ( I'm narrowing the list from "ALL" to " just a few",lol) so I wanted to do that and get comments and such. Also, was really interested in going to and vending at Tinley this year but tried to apply way too late and no spots were available. I know there is a big difference between using flash and not in photos but honestly, sometimes you just cant capture the colors accurately enough without it. With that said, I have pics with and without flash. Enjoy and feel free to comment

Albino Motley 66% het Anery

Albino Motley 66% het Anery

Hypo 66% het Snow

Sunglow Motley 66% het Anery

Ghost Motley 66% het Albino

BADASS MOONGLOW #1

I have another Moonglow that has it's own cool "aberrant" pattern but it's shedding so that will have to be posted later. Thanks for looking!!!!

James, they all look nice. But Im wondering if that crazy looking Hypo is in fact a very messy pattern Hypo Motley? What you think?

Dave,

Thanks for the comment! Man, I am not positive on what is going on with a few of these babies to be honest. I saw a post on Platinum Anerys that Guy Scavone II posted a few days ago and saw this pic:

This was one of four (2.2) Boas that Guy bought back in 2001 " because he THOUGHT they were jungles" is the description he gives in his post. I wonder what he believes or "knows" they are now?!?! These crazy linked up saddles are crazily similar to many of the offspring in this litter that was produced by Guy Scavone's Motley DH Snow!!? I find it pretty coincidental that things are that similar. I have tried to contact Guy to ask about this and if there any relation to his Motley DH I bought and the above Boa or any of the 4 that he bought that he states " all looked exactly the same as this one" but have not heard back from him.

So, yeah, I know that the TH mother was bred before and never produced anything like these babies in her previous litters. And the Motley was a virgin that Guy had been holding on to since producing until he sold it to me at 3 years old. So, he does seem to be the culprit for all of the randomness going on with the aberrancies in my litter. He is with another female this year so if he does his job again, I will be able to see what, if any, craziness comes out of the litter and know it IS his genes doing it.

Til then... I just hope to get some better bloodline history for my Motley male and go from there. Thanks for reading the post and feel free to add any more comments or questions!!! Take Care Dave!!!

Those really look fantastic, Jamess!
My favorites are the albino motley 66% hets albinos.
It sounds like you'd do really great at Tinley. When are you thinking of going?

Aaron (voodoo) ...lol... LarM may have posted that the other day but you've been in my phone since 2008 as that!!! hahahahaha

Thanks for the comment!! I love how cool the Albino Motleys turned out! I still say screw the 66% het for Anery with the Albinos ,Sunglow, and Ghost Motleys.. I will be shocked as hell if they dont prove out!!

As for Tinley...well, you know how close I am to Daytona and feel like I would be "dissing the local crowd" if I didnt do that show but from what I've seen in the last few years of local shows and how even my normals and albinos have done , I think it would be best to shoot for the stars and put my Boas next to the top names in this and see what happens!!! I might do both shows, Daytona and Tinley, next year.. but I am excited to try my hand at Tinley, especially if things go as well this year as they did last!
I think I owe it to my snakes to get them in a big show after everything they've been through, lol. Many, if not all , of the biggest names in Boas were at Tinley this year and it would be cool to see the ones I already know and meet the ones I dont... explain why I have chipped black nail polish on in every picture that I'm holding one of my snakes, lmfao...andddd...maybe , if I am lucky, I can sell a snake too

WANNA CARPOOL?!?!?!?!?! LOL

Take Care VOODOO !!!

"LarM may have posted that the other day but you've been in my phone since 2008 as that!!! hahahahaha"
That's great!
I think more people probably remember me as Voodoo than Aaron anyway.

I agree with you about you going to Tinley. That and Daytona aren't the same weekend though, are they?
So it's not really an "either/or" thing, is it?

Could be cool. Since I'm out of snakes of my own to sell, I could go as your assistant!
ha ha!

Voodoo
ha ha!
(Might as well embrace it!)

VooDoo,

See, I just get to call you that cause every time you post a message in my threads you put a VooDoo curse on it and then no one will respond afterwards ...like theyre afarid youll shrink their head or something!!! lmfao

Anyway, Tinley is after Daytona but the " either/or" debate is just about spending the money for Daytona's fees when I could put that same money towards the fees of Tinley. Thats the real concern. I'm really just trying to figure out which is better to put energy towards, shows or just save all of the money for them and just sell only online with a nice website and on Kingsnake since I do way better on here than at the shows I have been to. I dont know.... more than enough time to worry about all of that later, I guess.

Nice to be reminded you've sold out of all of your babies while I'm still knee need in them, lol. Punk
