Possible eye cap? Vet needed?

Looks like eye cap.If you have a lint roller (the one that look like masking tape)you could roll it over the snakes eye slow it will pull it off just make sure its not to sticky maybe roll its back to make sure just take your time.My snake loves it she will wrap around the roller.Good Luck
