Big posters

Tony D Oct 19, 2011 08:24 AM

I accidentally clicked on the link that showed all my posts on the forum. Seems there are 199 posts out there, as if I wasn’t already feeling like I spend too much time here I decided check out how much some of the other posters are doing. Here’s what I found:

Jerry Kruse 417

tspuckler 540

DISCERN 547

FR 639

varanid 681

Bluerosie 761

A153fish 1169

Jlassiter 1232

Dmong 2869

That is a LOT of content.

When I was a kid I posted under a different handle too--paul soemthing or another--back in the 90s :D I lost my account information during a several year gap in the early 2000s, and I quit using the AOL email address that the account was tied to.

I'm shocked FR hasn't made many more post than he has.

Those are only a number of posts for a certain time period...I bet Rainer, Doug and even I have 10,000 or more posts since our first post........They were here when I got here in 2000.........But I did have an 18 month leave of absence on this forum and the hobby.......

I agree John. That was for a given time period. I'm certain I've made more than 199 posts. If not I'm not sure how people find the time to do over a thousand.

I just checked it out....Those post counts go back to 1-25-2005 when Kingsnake started their Photo Contest for the pics in the headers of each forum/subforum.........

Now I don't feel that bad for not having a life other than KS.com....6 years and only 1300 posts isn't that many.....LOL

I don't want to say when i started LOL! The archives don't go past 2003. I think it was in '98. I got my first computer and was surfing the internet in '97. So i guess.

Great trivia questions here

When did KS add a forum besides the grayband forum?

The set up used to be different, right?

"You need more snakes to keep you busy"

Not really..LOL! I need to get rid of some different things here to allow for some other projects as it is, while also allowing for more hold-backs from some of them too. I really don't want to have to manage a whole lot more than I have right now to be honest, but it never seems to work that way as you know..

Tell me about it!.........speaking of holdbacks........with the ontogenesis in Mex Mex I have to hold back entire clutches to see which ones will "change" into what I'm aiming for......and in the meantime i've been adding a few project here and there.......

"Certain individuals take the opportinity to make themselves seem more accomplished by misrepresenting the origins of animals to suit their needs" Bluerosy (Rainer)

I couldn't pick between the two.
