Out of curiousity

I know that pastels and axanthics generally brown out and tend to look more normal as they age. What about hypos? And are they're any morphs that tend to get better looking with age?

In my experience, selective breeding results in individuals that retain qualities that are desirable.

With that said, ALL Morphs can have quite a number of individuals that look fantastic as adults.

You really can't make a general statement on any morph. You can however buy quality animals and selectively breed for a desired trait.

You get what you pay for in most cases. If you didn't pay much than you probably won't be as pleased.

Off the top of my head, I would say that any "super" of the lucy complex gets better looking with age. Super mojave, super sulfer, super fire, super lesser, super mocha, super russo, mystic potion, purple passion, crystal, ect. Lavender albinos of any combo.

Deserts get lighter as they age. I have Bell line green ghosts that maintain great color too.

I agree with amcroyals. You do get what you pay for. If you find a healthy animal that is great deal it usually is a great deal for a reason such as this. There are exceptional axanthic, pastel, and ghost adults in the marketplace. That is why you see a price difference on animals of the same morph.
Keep your focus on the quality not the cost and you will find something that you can enjoy for years.
