Pair of 2009 black pines from (now defunct) Homegrown Herps. Big, strong snakes with an attitude that never miss a meal. I have always had a weakness for the eastern group of melanoleucus (northern, southern and black pines), over the bulls, gophers and Mexican pines.

Baby bulls soon after hatching.

Parents of babies (yearling pic)

I have only two kinds of pits; Kingsville x Stillwater and Pacifics. I really like the bull snakes the most. They have a lot of personality and are not as shy as the Pacifics.

I've always dug Northerns, even before I was ever keeping snakes, and I still like them the most.

Illinois or Indiana Bull. I must admit, I have forgotten how awesome some Pits I've owned in the past are until I saw some of the pics posted in this thread. They're all great.
