Just curious if anyone on here keeps these guys and has any info on them. such is how well they take pinkys and if they stay healthy on a pinkie diet. Thanks

The speckled mad hogs I've kept were old enough to take larger food items. Only one was problematic to switch to f/t rodents, and in the end she made the change. All were healthy. If you have a baby, I would try rodents first. If that fails, try lizard or amphibian scenting. I kept a tree frog around who volunteered his smell quite successfully. Hope this helps--they really are neat captives!
