Snake Diapers

pyromaniac Nov 06, 2011 08:29 AM

Rozy and three of her brothers coiled under the moist hide right on top of the UTH. I moved the hide to get this shot.

The fourth brother on top of the moist paper towel hide.

They are all doing just like their mother, using the hide as a toilet. I gave up with moss as it was too expensive to have to keep throwing out, and now they get paper towels instead. When I remove the soiled paper towels it looks just like a used diaper! LOL!

Yeah, it sucks that they will do that. It creates a lot of extra work keeping their enviroment clean.

Well, actually it is easier and cheaper to change the paper towels than to have to toss out big gobs of soiled aspen. It is sort of like having a litter box, only for snakes instead of cats.
