HELP! Unusual late E. King eggs look good but overdo for hatching???

I have a Wc female E. King that laid 12 eggs on 30 July. We had a very cool early summer/spring here. 10 out of the 12 eggs were infertile (unusual for kings). I have two eggs left one became a little soft four days ago, but never hatched. The egg started to harden, so I put a tiny slit in it to investigate. Seems like the little fellow was fully formed but is dead. The other egg started turning soft two days ago. What should I do??? Can I save at least one? I successfully hatched many kingsnake eggs in my life, never seen this before. It's been over two months now? Any advice ? ? ?
