You have to upload your photos to a photo host like photobucket.com. Its free. Then you copy the IMG tags from your photo there and post it here.

Just register at a host site. Then upload pics there.
Then right click on picture and copy the properties. Then paste that here.
Then you have to add the "[IMG} XXX {/IMG]tags on both ends of the properties you pasted here.

Just copy and past the properties here and I or someone else will add the image tags for you, so the picture will show up.
once you understand how to do it it is easy.
