Lowest possible incubation temps?

FireStorm Nov 14, 2011 02:09 PM

What's the lowest temp that ball python eggs can be incubated at? I thought I read about somebody incubating at 85F before, but I can't remember the specifics/

Yeah, I'd be curious to know as well!

I used 87F this past season and got huge babies that seemed to start off eating really well...I was thinking of trying 86.5 or 86 this coming season. Just wondered if anyone went lower than 87...

If you got nice healthy babies at 87 with great feeding response why would you push the temp lower.?
