drain, or filter?

keelsey Oct 02, 2003 02:53 PM

i have a large cat litterbox, and my enclosure has a wood floor, so it is drillable, but the way it is setup, fully removing water is a pain.of the two options, drain or filter, which is best.i am prepared to do partial changes daily and full once/week, is there a good filter, thats not too bulky? any advice is fully appreciated, thax guys(and gals respectively), keelsey

I have a filter... it's a small Zoo-Med turtle filter that cost me about $25 at Petco. I do partial H20 changes once a week & full changes as needed, usually once every 3-4 wks. It works really good, I have a part of my tank that is 7" x 18" water & I keep it about 3-4" deep so this filter fits & works perfect for my 1 dragon.
