3 year old female is 500g??

Hi,

I have a three year old female albino. She was produced from a huge 7 foot female and a 6 foot male. She was born with a knot in her umbilical cord and we had to remove her yolk sac. She didn't feed for months after she was born and she was half the size of her siblings at birth. She began feeding but has been a finicky eater since. She eats on average every two months. She also seems to have some neurological issues as she sways back and forth quite a bit, and as a baby she never tongue flicked (although she does now). She is currently 3 years old and just about 500 grams and about 2-2.5 feet long. She eats small rats. I have since gotten out of the hobby, and she is purely a pet snake. I am curious to whether or not you guys think she will ever reach the typical adult size?

What is her muscle tone like at the current moment? This is the biggest indicator of health in growing boid. If she currently has good muscle tone, I would venture to guess that due to the malnourishment during the critical early years of her life, she will likely be stay on the small side her whole life.
If her muscle tone is poor, I would take her to the vet to see if there are any other underlying problems that are causing her to eat so infrequently.
