slightly off topic, but I wanted to share. Me and my girlfriend decided to celebrate Christmas a little differently than normal this year. We live near Chicago where it's cold, and pine trees are the usual brand of tree used for Christmas trees.

In our household, we decided to think a little warmer this year.... Since we can't go somewhere tropical and hide for the winter, we brought the tropical to us! We have a Christmas PALM TREE!

All the lights, and the top star included, all flash and dance, chasing eachother around the tree. It's really cool looking! Turned out better than I imagined it!

With the lights on:

I even used jumbo sized Christmas ornament balls as christmas coconuts!

Thought it was a cool idea and I wanted to share. We bought the tree online as just a normal artificial palm tree, then we went to the local stores and bought a bunch of lights and ornaments, and BINGO! A tropical Christmas tree! It's getting cold, so think warm!

Hope everyone has a great holiday (and breeding) season!

Just for the sake of staying on the boa topic, my OT Hypo het VPI breeding an unrelated OT Hypo Het VPI. I'm asking Santa for Super OT VPI sunglows. =)
