moderately priced high quality
Really?
Really, My suggestion on an incubator is if you are AT ALL handy with things then make your own or have a friend help you make one. You can make something in the large refridgerator, freezer or coke cabinet size for well under $300 and have every bit the incubator you could get by paying 2 or 3 thousand for onehave 2 of them now, one made from a large fridge and one made from a large soda cooler both with glass front just for ease of viewing without having to open it all the time. They work great and I have never lost an egg due to incubation issues. Hey if you make your own just think of what you can spend the rest of the money on....lol. A really nice 3 morph male or something like that would be a big plus. Jay

How many clutches are we talking?
I only have two clutches of ball pythons this year, but I'm interested in purchasing an incubator that will accomodate at least ten clutches.
For the smaller breeder like myself I bought a Reptibator I fit 4 clutches in it and I paid $125 it has digital temp and humidity and worked awsome. I orignaly got it for Corn eggs
There really aren't any good quality, decent size incubators on the market that I know of which are not expensive. This is why most people make their own... it's pretty easy.
I have a Habitat Systems that works great, but it was pretty expensive... I think around $3K when I got it 5 years ago. I had been using home made ones which I made from large coolers until I got this one, and they worked fine. I just had a good year and treated myself to a "luxury item".... LOL.
I would recommend using an old coke fridge or something with a glass door instead of the coolers though... it's nice to be able to see what's going on without opening the incubator.
Here's a photo of it... overlook the chondropython eggs

I have the same Habitat Systems incubator, and just noticed from your pic that I have had my shelves in backwards and upside down, oh, yeah for about 5 years. Which I guess proves that even a total retard can hatch eggs with one of these
lol... I really don't think it matters. I've actually started turning my shelves the other way for the last few years. Not having that lip hanging down gives you more clearance to get egg boxes in & out.
