Was at a show recently where a few breeders were talking about using a dog food sold by The Tractor Store called "Doggy Bag" to feed their rats. I was told the ingredients had the same content as the Mazuri rodent that I currently use. It is considerably cheaper than the Mazuri feed...about half price. Have any of you rat breeders used this product and what do you think of it? I was in The Tractor Store and asked one of the sales peoplr there that had some knowledge of this....she said there was a bit of question regarding the dyes used in dogfood and whether that is harmful to snakes. Any comments would be greatly appreciated.
