Help! My water dragon had been eating its feces in the water after it has poo. What should i do?

It's normal, just let him be. Make sure he is getting proper food to eat, sometimes they do that because they are missing a nutrient in their diet.

usuallly they are trying to reinforce their hind gut microflora, if you find the practice "distasteful," you should give him some natural yogurt(put on crickets), it will satify his needs,
