I bet your male het pied can be ready next year with your female het pied. Remember the males don't need to be nearly as big.
It's hard to say what is standard as not that many people do breeding loans.
If the animals are close to the same value I've heard of an even split with the person hosting the breeding getting first pick of one, then the other person picks one, and so on (so the host gets any odd balls or extras).
For a much more valuable male I've offered normal girls in exchange for one pick of the litter. There might need to be a clause about minimum clutch size to get that one pick so that the owner of the valuable male (who is also hosting the breeding) gets well rewarded for his trouble. He could of course get his own normal females but people are starting to realize what good (2,000 - 3,000 gram) proven breeder females in ready to go condition are worth and they can be hard to come by on short notice. Seems like a win/win arrangement to me.
There is also the issue of guaranteeing healthy and parasite free animals. Per my recent experience with pre breeding loan fecal exams I’m thinking parasites may even be common in captive breed collections (I heard of some reliable het albino females arriving full of tapeworms). I figure a $15 fecal exam is a realistic minimum requirement but am not sure what sort of quarantine protocol would be sufficient.
