Shed/feeding question?

cfresh79 Dec 09, 2011 03:53 PM

Rayzor is having his 1st shed with us. he is about 9 weeks old. I am wondering should I wait a couple days to feed him or offer him food on his normal day? our adult I would let shed completely b/c he ate less frequently, but this little guy eats weekly. Also he has partially shed, the dead skin is off his face, eyes and head, it is just working its way down his body. Thanks in advance.

Usually when they start shedding they are done the same day, so I don't wee any problems in waiting until he is done.... Is he taking longer than a day to shed? if so, why?

This is the first day I saw skin coming off, so today is the first day of actual shedding, his eyes were discolored maybe 4-5 days ago, so he may finish today, I have been misting him daily with water to help.
