2011 cape gophers

RandyWhittington Dec 18, 2011 10:29 PM

These are a couple of this years hatchlings I especially liked.
I really like watching some of the other species of pits coloring up as they age but I also love the way capes are screamers right out of the egg.

This cape was the last 2009 male I had left since it was one of the least colorful hatchlings. By the time I would have sold it I noticed how quickly it was coloring up nicely. It just showed me that you never know. I ended up deciding to hold it back as a future breeder.

Agree with DISCERN, you have the best capes I've ever seen. If I would ever keep capes I would only want animals from your stock.
