Prairie king questions

Mark_Dwight Dec 22, 2011 01:34 PM

I know very little about these guy's.
1. Do they vary any by local?
2. Do they come in any morphs beside amel?
3. And do any of you good folks have good photos you can post of adult amels?

Thank you
(my first post on this forum )

Sorry everyone...I'm new here and didn't see that Prairie's have their own sub-forum.

Yeah I've learned a lot here in the couple years I've been hanging out here. I still learn stuff, or re- think some things I thought I knew. Everyone has different views which can stimulate good conversation and thought, as long as we respect one another!... Cheers!

as said, they do vary somewhat over their range and many wild ones are not spectacular to look at but they are great snakes, IMO. Mostly very even tempered animals. There are hypos too and I saw some hypo-albinos for sale (I think) on the classifieds here......
