New Arrival

We just acquired this big ol girl from a local Retic enthusiast, thats why she is in QUARANTINE. We usually dont pick up any large adults from anyone due to getting burnt on some retired breeders a year or 2 back. But seems like the odds are more in our favor this time. She is Huge, but Muscular "Loaf of Bread" shape, not obese though. The phone next to her is the HTC HD2 which is one of the largest touch screens avail, for size reference. She has a small Rat Bite on the end of her nose, and tip of her tale.

That's a great looking classic looking Colombian type Boa. And fantastic babies she will make no matter what you breed with her, except one of the simple recessives that have yucky hets that is. LOL. Were she mine, I think my first choice would be a nice yellow Jungle. Then perhaps a Key West. Congrats on a great looking animal.

Maybe we will stick this guy with her after a nice quarantine period.

Nice animal, and I don't have an issue buying proven adults from reputable people. I would be Leary of an animal that has rat bight scars on its body.

She is an interesting looking animal to us. I kind of thought she looked a little like our CW Venezuelan adults. The gentlemen we got her from said she was a hypo. IDK. What do you think Jeff?

Not a Hypo and most likely no Panamanian Hypo blood in her either. She has the look of the classic old school Colombians that have not been imported for many years. The more recent Colombian imports have a different look about them. She looks a lot like the Colombians that come from the area of Leticia Colombia, which is actually Amazon basin Colombia down toward Peru. While there is no way to know anything about her ancestry for sure, she is a real beauty. I'd take her in a heart beat.
