I've seen it and used it before when assisting a friend install a koi carp pond in their front yard. Same as the DOW Great Stuff only black and much more costly.

Used it on my last viv. Although not cheap, I think it was worth it. Less time spent trying to hide it (like Great Stuff). I think if you factor in the money spent on supplies (black silicone, etc.) trying to hide the standard yellow foams it shakes out about even - and without all the extra labor involved.
BTW, spend a little time searching and you'll find it much cheaper than outrageous 20.99 that petsandponds is asking.
