Sable Het Red Axanthics Update

jsschrei Jan 13, 2012 03:00 PM

These guys are 3 months old, have shed 3 times and are a little over 200g now. Their pattern, which was grayish when they hatched, is more brown and muted tan. Their black is still very black. I've included some comparison photos with a sable and a het red axanthic, as well as one with a 1.5 year old Red Axanthic half sibling (she is in shed and I included her for a pattern comparison). I like how these guys are looking

Thanks for looking!

Those are pretty cool with great potential, congrats. What are you looking to do with these down the road? Super sable red axanthic would be interesting.

Thanks!

That and sable red axanthic. I want to try for mojave sable het red. Maybe work with pinstripe too. Would also like to work in ghost and caramel genes.
