I had included a nice long personal message (very nicely worded) with my Usark letters - I am wondering did others get this same message from Mr Stark? I assume it's an auto response?

Should I bother to reply?

Thank you for contacting me regarding the proposed Fish and Wildlife Service rule that would prevent the unregulated importation and interstate transport of nonnative constrictors.

This rule serves a good purpose. There is no need for people in the US to import these kinds of snakes and sell them as pets. People should not own snakes that grow to be so large that they become a threat to the surrounding environment and to the owners themselves.

Your Congressman Stark appears to be a true member of the "Nanny State" and probably never met a law that helped "Control" and "Regulate" the "Unknowing" citizenry of this country, that he did not love. He is also a "Moron" because he, nor his staff deemed you important enough to actually read your probably well thought out letter on a subject that was important to you. You are also probably not wealthy enough to be of any concern to him.
So in other words he is just like many of the other fine folks that get elected to office in this country. Very Sad.
