Male breeding size?

What's the smallest male that have bred and produced for you???

I herd on a herp talk radio that there were breeders using males as young as 3 months old and 250 g. I dont know if it is true...never tried and never talked to anyone that has. I have had males breed at 500 g and I had some that would go till in the 8's.
