Do heating pads work for crested geckos? n/p

No. Crested geckos are arboreal so don't lie around on the ground. Also, they are pretty content at room temperature (low 70's F) so don't typically need extra heat. If your home is cooler than 70F you can purchase a low watt red heat bulb to keep the tank warm. Should not go above 80F though.
